A Brazilian travel company with a European front desk: we design private journeys through Brazil, verify every partner on the ground, and answer you in your own timezone.

Who we are

FeelBraza Ltda is registered in Brazil and works with travellers living in the United Kingdom and across Europe. Everything we sell is planned in-country by our own team, with hosts, drivers and guides we work with directly — not resold from a catalogue.

Verified on the ground

Hotels, transfers, guides and experiences are checked by our Brazilian operation before they enter a proposal.

Two timezones, one team

Commercial contact in Bristol, operations in Belo Horizonte. You talk to someone in your working hours in English or Portuguese.

Written proposals, clear prices

Every journey arrives as a written proposal with inclusions, exclusions, dates and total price in your currency, valid for a stated period.

Support while you travel

A direct contact for the duration of the trip, plus local support in Brazil if a flight, a driver or the weather changes your plan.

How a journey is built

  1. 1. Conversation

    You tell us dates, pace, budget and who is travelling. No form-only quotes.

  2. 2. Proposal

    We return a route with stages, stays, inclusions and the total price in writing.

  3. 3. Adjustments

    You revise as many times as needed. Nothing is booked before you approve.

  4. 4. Contract & payment

    Formal contract, electronic signature and a payment schedule agreed in advance.

  5. 5. Travel

    Full itinerary, local contacts and assistance from arrival to departure.

Security and transparency

  • Contracts issued by a registered Brazilian company (CNPJ below).
  • Written cancellation and change conditions in every proposal — never verbal.
  • Payments made only to the company account named in the contract; we never ask for transfers to personal accounts.
  • Personal data used solely to plan and operate your journey.

Languages

We work in English and Portuguese, in writing and on calls.
